May is Mental Health Awareness Month: Join us for Wellness Pop-Ups!
Take a break and stop by our Wellness Pop-Ups to engage in a sense of calm with an easy form of drawing called Zentangles, learn about the connection between nutrition and mental health, earn some prizes through a lighthearted Self-Care Bingo game, or learn about cultural practices for stress relief.
Register for any of these events at tiny.ucsf.edu/MHAM2025
