  • All people deserve to have a kind and healthful relationship with food and body. If you or somebody you know is struggling, please refer to these resources and reach out for support.

  • Clinically diagnosable psychiatric conditions formally defined by DSM-5 criteria.
    Examples: Anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder. Can cause serious medical, psychological, and functional impairments in everyday life.
  • Disordered Eating
    • Irregular or harmful eating behaviors that may not fully meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
    • Examples: restrictive dieting, binge eating, rigid food rules.
    • Can lead to significant psychological distress, emotional challenges, and physical health consequences
